By booking accommodation through df-hospitality.com, you agree to the following payment and cancellation terms as defined by DF HOSPITALITY LTD.
All bookings made through our website must be fully prepaid online at the time of reservation.
We do not accept payment on-site.
Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and other options offered through our secure booking engine.
Your booking is only confirmed after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email.
We offer two types of rates for individual guests:
Free cancellation up to 5 days before the scheduled arrival.
Cancellations made less than 5 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.
A discounted rate available for guests who commit fully at the time of booking.
No changes, cancellations, or refunds are allowed under any circumstances.
Please choose the rate that best fits your travel plans at the time of booking.
For group reservations, separate policies apply:
A 30% deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
The remaining 70% must be paid no later than 4 weeks before arrival.
Alternatively, groups can choose a Non-Refundable Full Prepayment Option, which includes a 10% discount on the total amount.
Cancellations up to 4 weeks before arrival will receive a full refund of any amount paid.
Cancellations made within 4 weeks of arrival will result in loss of the deposit.
Bookings under the Non-Refundable Full Prepayment Option are not eligible for any refund.
Group bookings must be arranged directly via email or phone with our reservations team.

Modification requests (e.g. changes in arrival dates or number of guests) are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
Please contact us as early as possible if you wish to request a change.
If your booking qualifies for a refund under the terms outlined above, the refund will be processed using the original method of payment.
Refunds are typically issued within 7–14 business days from the cancellation confirmation date.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
DF HOSPITALITY LTD shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, wars, government restrictions, or utility failures.

All rates are displayed in EUR (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Your financial institution may apply international transaction fees or currency conversion charges if you pay with a non-EUR account or card.
